How to use: Thoroughly wet hair. Apply a nickel sized amount to wet hair and work it through. ile it on your head. Instead comb through it with your fito reduce tangles. Using the tips of your fingers, work in a firm circular motion from the front of the scalp down to the back of the neck and then up the sides towards the temples. Continue this for several minutes. This will stimulate and exfoliate the scalp. Rinse the hair completely. Comb through with a wide toothed comb to remove tangles and smooth the hair. Repeat with conditioner except rinse out conditioner with cool water.
