Our Story

Punta Coco began in Bocas del Toro, Panama, where island life shaped everything we made.

For more than a decade, I lived and worked among the islands of Bocas del Toro, surrounded by coconut palms, turquoise water, coral reefs, eco-resorts, yachts, and Indigenous communities whose relationship with the land deeply influenced the way I saw beauty, sustainability, wellness, and hospitality.

This was never a business built from a warehouse. It was built through relationships, boats, island paths, shared knowledge, and raw materials gathered close to their source.

Many days began by traveling through the outer islands by boat to meet local families and producers. We would meet at Crawl Cay to source coconut oil and other raw materials, creating products rooted in local resources, island living, and the rhythm of Bocas del Toro.

What started as coconut-based soaps and body care became something bigger: products that helped create an experience. The scent. The shower. The feeling of being somewhere peaceful, natural, and unforgettable.

Today, Punta Coco creates coconut-based hospitality amenities for eco-resorts, vacation rentals, retreats, boutique stays, and yachts. Our products are designed to reduce waste through refillable systems while giving guests a sensory memory they carry home with them.

Beyond our refill programs, Punta Coco is also a place for learning, creativity, and connection. We offer soapmaking experiences, wellness-centered workshops, and custom retreat add-ons for guests who want to slow down, focus, create with their hands, and connect more deeply with the natural world.

We also believe that beautiful products should support beautiful places. Punta Coco is connected to causes that protect the reefs, restore the jungle, support local communities, and honor the island environment that inspired this work from the beginning.
